A Program For Every Age

From a baby's first back float to a young swimmer's first freestyle — every tier is built on the same survival-first foundation, then graduates up as confidence grows.

6–16 monthsBaby and parent in the water
Tier 1 · Parent & Me

Roll & Float

A gentle, joyful introduction to water where a parent stays in the pool the whole time. We build trust, breath awareness and the single most important survival skill a baby can learn — the back float.

  • Parent-in-water bonding & water acclimation
  • Back-float fundamentals — rest, breathe, stay calm
  • Breath control & gentle submersion cues
  • Splash play that builds positive water associations

Tier 2 · Survival Core

Swim–Float–Swim

The heart of our curriculum. Children learn the automatic survival sequence: swim toward safety, roll to a rest float, breathe, and swim again. Practiced until it becomes instinct — even fully clothed.

  • Independent, unassisted survival float
  • Wall grabs, monkey-crawl & safe pool exits
  • Propulsion, direction & breath timing
  • Clothed-swim practice for real-world safety
$32 / 30-min lesson

Tier 3 · Stroke Development

Little Strokes

For the confident young swimmer ready for real technique. We refine clean freestyle and backstroke, rhythmic breathing and the endurance to swim the length of the pool — and love doing it.

  • Freestyle & backstroke technique
  • Rhythmic side breathing & streamline
  • Endurance sets & deep-water confidence
  • Diving & treading water fundamentals

Safety Is The Whole Point

Drowning is the leading cause of accidental death for children 1–4. Every detail of Little Fins is built to change that.

1-on-1 focus

Max 4 children per class — often 1-on-1 — so eyes are always on your child.

Certified instructors

Every coach is CPR-certified, background-checked and survival-trained.

90° heated pool

A warm, calm, sanitized environment designed to keep little ones relaxed.

Survival-first

Skills sequenced so kids can self-rescue before they ever swim for fun.

Program Questions

Pick the tier closest to your child's age and we'll confirm the perfect fit at the free trial. Kids graduate up mid-season the moment they're ready — progress, not age, sets the pace.

Every lesson is a focused 30 minutes. For little ones, short and consistent beats long and tiring — weekly repetition is what builds lasting skill.

Most children reach a confident, independent back float in about 6 weeks of consistent weekly lessons. Full swim-float-swim survival skills typically follow within a season.

That's exactly who we're built for. Our instructors specialize in nervous first-timers, moving at your child's pace. And if the first lesson isn't right, it's free.
